Shipping & Payment: –

While you place your order, you have to check the estimate date and time of delivery for your order(s). At present, the delivery date and time for your order placed will depend on the various restrictions imposed in your area. Please cooperate with us and connect with us for any assistance.

Refer to our detailed T&C for clarity on the policies. We ship through registered courier companies in the state and all over India.

Domestic Orders: –

In regards for a domestic order to be delivered, the estimate delivery date will be 7-10 business days.

Pre – Orders: –

In regards for an item to be purchased before its release, the estimate delivery date will be within 60 days.

Shipping of Products: –

All the orders are sent out from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana depending upon on the availability. Once the order is placed, it will be delivered to the shipping address given at the checkout. We offer free shipping in India. We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery.

Track Your Package: –

Once your order is place, processed and is shipped out; a tracking number will be generated for you to track down your order from the shipping agency’s website. You will be able to track the status of the order on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under Shipping details.

Unavailability for delivery: –

Our delivery partner will contact you before attempting to deliver, you can schedule your delivery according to your convenience. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. Therefore, please provide us with complete and accurate shipping address, pin code and contact number. This will only help the delivery to be quick.

Modes of Payment: –

We accept all types of payment. Payments can be accepted via debit & credit card (Master Card, VISA & American Express) and net banking across all orders. Your payment is debited once your order is placed and confirmed from our end.
